Are you an experienced Block Property Manager looking for a new challenge with a leading property management firm? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a proactive and professional Block Property Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, leaseholders, and contractors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of each site and delivering exceptional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential/mixed-use properties, ensuring high standards and full compliance.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with trusted contractors.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address Health & Safety requirements.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets, working closely with clients for approval.
- Organise and attend AGMs, residents’ meetings, and client updates.
- Handle insurance renewals, claims, and statutory inspections.
- Manage lease breaches and liaise with solicitors where necessary.
- Respond promptly to leaseholder and client queries, maintaining excellent relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in residential property or block management.
- Qualification in ATPI or IRPM is ideal but not essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of property legislation and Health & Safety compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
