An excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced Sales Negotiator in one of Birmingham's most vibrant, energetic and well-respected independent Estate Agency firms. My clients have an excellent local reputation, along with an unrivalled working environment and are therefore looking for a hungry Sales Negotiator with a proven track record, to join their team.
The Package: £37,200 OTE
Job Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser
- Generating market appraisals
- Conducting viewings and conducting pre and post appointment feedback
- Cross-selling other services available to customers
- Negotiating the sale, achieving the best price and deal for both parties
- Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest property trends and market conditions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator
- Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst always having your own personal and team objectives in mind
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- Knowledge of the local area
