Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR professional looking to grow your career in a flexible and supportive environment? A charity in the care sector regulated by the CQC is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join its growing HR team. With over 900 employees across multiple UK-wide sites and a recent merger, this is an exciting time to get involved as the organisation positions itself as a leader in its field.
Please note: Only candidates with Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for HR queries across regions
- Process starters, leavers, and changes accurately
- Maintain payroll data and resolve queries
- Conduct and report on exit interviews
- Keep DBS and visa records compliant and updated
- Manage driving licence checks and records
- Issue contracts, letters, and documentation
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate HR records
- Calculate annual leave entitlements correctly
About You:
- Able to manage a high-volume workload
- Comfortable using Excel and working with data
- Clear and professional communicator
- Detail-oriented and methodical
- Friendly, confident, and proactive
- A genuine interest in a long-term HR career
