Delighted to be supporting this progressive and growing organisation in recruiting an HR Officer to strengthen their current team. The successful candidate will be a CIPD Level 3 qualified HR Administrator with team leadership experience and a basic understanding in employee relations.
The role sits within our clients central HR team, and supports six sites across the Herts areas. Managing three HR Administrators, the team are responsible for delivering all HR activities from an administrative perspective across the employee lifecycle including managing recruitment, contracts, absence processes, data reporting and providing expert support to line managers.
This role will also support the HR Manager in delivering employee relations advice and handling as required, with some site visits when needed.
