What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing all on-site activities, from initial setup through to final handover.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
- Maintaining meticulous site records, including progress reports, health and safety documentation, and material deliveries.
- Proactively managing logistics, including material procurement, storage, and efficient site layout.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Liaising effectively with the development team, architects, building control, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting issues and finding practical solutions on site.

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within residential development.
- Strong organisational and logistical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Relevant qualifications, such as SMSTS, CSCS card (Manager level), and First Aid at Work.
