Role - Construction Team Administrator

Location - Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Salary - £45k + Car Allowance, Bonus and Package

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Manage all project documents, from drawings to contracts, keeping everything filed and easy to find.
  • Be the main contact for communications, connecting your team with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Support the team with handling calendars, meetings and preparing reports that help keep projects on track.
  • Help with site logistics and tracking deliveries to ensure teams have the information they need, when they need it.
  • Keep health and safety records up-to-date, making sure all inductions, training, and paperwork are in order for a safe workplace.

Key Attributes:

  • Experienced in a similar role (Document Controller, Administrator, Information Coordinator).
  • Located in Kent and happy to travel when required.
  • Teamwork is key for this role.
  • Solid understanding of the construction environment.
