We are seeking a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our established property team. The successful candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of commercial property transactions and possess strong technical skills, excellent client management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from SMEs to large corporations, and gain exposure to diverse property matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including property acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, leasing, and property finance.
- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including development projects, investments, and corporate property matters.
- Draft and negotiate legal documentation such as leases, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on property transactions, including title investigations, reviewing leases, and assessing planning consents.
- Manage the sale, purchase, and lease of commercial properties, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
- Provide clear and practical advice to clients on legal issues and risks related to their property transactions.
- Liaise with other solicitors, estate agents, banks, and clients to facilitate the completion of deals.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand and meet their needs.
- Support junior team members where necessary, and collaborate with other departments within the firm as required.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and regulatory requirements to provide accurate, current advice.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with [X] years PQE in commercial property law.
- Proven experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant, acquisitions, and disposals.
