Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Preston
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 (dependent on experience)
Experience: 4+ years’ PQE (Commercial Property)

This role sits within a well-established Commercial Property team handling a broad mix of middle to high-end matters. You’ll be trusted to run your own files, supported by approachable colleagues, and backed by modern systems and a culture that values doing great work without losing sight of work life balance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion
- Advising on sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases
- Supporting on banking and property finance matters where required
- Advising on asset management work and day-to-day property issues
- Building strong relationships with clients and third parties through clear, practical communication
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, file management and client service
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with around 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property (or equivalent experience)
- Confidence running your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Broad experience across commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant work
- Strong attention to detail and a professional, client-first approach
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a friendly, fast-paced environment
