We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who is confident handling a wide-ranging caseload. About the Role
You will be trusted to manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney, court of protection work and inheritance tax planning. This is very much a client-facing role, so you will need to combine technical expertise with empathy and strong communication skills. The firm is looking for someone who can take ownership of files from start to finish while building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
Key Duties
- Managing a caseload of private client work including wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, court of protection and inheritance tax planning.
- Guiding clients through sensitive and sometimes complex matters with care and clarity.
- Drafting legal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Handling each case from instruction to completion, maintaining compliance and best practice standards.
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, LPAs and court of protection matters.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a straightforward way.
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Conveyancing experience would be great but not essential.
