Key Duties

  • Provide expert legal guidance across a broad spectrum of Family Law matters, including private children law, protection under the Family Law Act, divorce, and financial disputes both upon divorce and separation.
  • Build strong client relationships, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure clients receive well-rounded, compassionate support.
  • Handle cases from start to resolution, applying a practical and solution-oriented approach.
  • Stay updated with Family Law developments and advise clients accordingly.
  • Attend and contribute to pro-bono training provided to local domestic abuse support charities.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor of at least 5 years PQE with proven experience in family law.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional client care and maintaining confidentiality.
