If you’re ready to blend strong financial acumen with client-facing energy and join a team where your voice matters, keep reading.

About the Role

In this role you’ll wear two hats: part execution expert, part trusted advisor. On one hand you’ll handle complex financial reporting, tax returns, VAT, management accounts and compliance duties. You’ll lead by example, mentor more junior team members, and help shape how the practice delivers to its clients. This isn’t just filing tax returns; it’s about adding value, telling the story behind the numbers, and being the go-to person for clients who expect more than the standard.

About the Client

The client is a dynamic Manchester-based accountancy firm which has built a reputation for combining up-to-date technology with a genuinely personal service. They cater to a diverse mix of businesses from contractors, landlords and tradespeople to established SMEs, offering fixed-fee, clear, no-nonsense solutions and taking away the pain behind accounting. Their approach is not about busy work; it’s about simplification, clarity and partnership. If you believe in doing things differently, you’ll feel at home here.
