You'll work closely with engineers and the operations team, contributing to projects that protect people and infrastructure from some of nature's most unpredictable elements.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Key Duties
- Preparing lightning protection and earthing system estimates and tender submissions.
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and technical documents to build accurate costings.
- Provide advice and guidance to Contract Managers as well as negotiate terms and conditions.
- Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing.
- Attending occasional site visits to better understand project scope and requirements.
- Supporting bid submissions and client queries during the tendering process.
Key Requirements
- Previous estimating experience within the lightning protection or specialist electrical sector.
- A solid understanding of relevant British Standards and industry regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tenders at once.
- Full UK driving licence (site visits may be required).
