We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a growing and professional engineering team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled engineer with experience servicing and maintaining fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems across a variety of client environments.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis, ensuring systems remain fully operational and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain and fault-find fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multiple sites
  • Diagnose and repair system faults quickly and efficiently
  • Support minor installations and system upgrades where required
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide clear updates on works carried out
  • Participate in a rotational on-call rota for emergency support
Requirements
  • Proven experience servicing fire and security systems
  • Familiarity with systems from leading fire and intruder manufacturers
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Good knowledge of relevant British Standards and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
