Ambient is a Charity that provides a range of flexible, individualised care and support services for people with learning difficulties, mental health support needs and older people. At our Croft Residential Home, based in Amersham, we are now looking for Part-Time & Full Time Care Assistants to join our hardworking care team. The Croft provides person-centred care and support to older people and those living with dementia.

The home is arranged in four self-contained living areas all of which create a real home-from-home environment, including a brand new sensory garden, where residents can take time out to relax and unwind with a cup of tea.

Our ideal Care Assistant candidate will have:

  • Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community.
  • An awareness and understanding of high quality home care.
  • Good communication skills, patience and flexibility.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support.
  • Experience is desirable, however, is not essential, as we offer full training for all of our Care Staff.

In return for your hard work as a Care Assistant, we are offering:

  • 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)

Salary: £16,663.00 to £17,257.00 /year
