Our client, a Specialist Facade Contractor, is now seeking to appoint an Estimator who can do the following:
- Price tenders
- Perform Take Off's
- Negotiate with suppliers, trades etc
- Manage QS side of projects
- Price variations
- Work with clients and build relationships
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- Knowledge of Facades advantageous
- Solid hit rate to tenders won
- Good negotiation and relationship building skills
