My client is well known in the Facades industry for the quality of work and uniqueness of packages and projects they can deliver on. They now require a Project Manager due to a period of organic growth to join the business.
This Project Manager needs to be an individual who can manage multiple small length projects at any one time and will be responsible for the following areas:
- Setting up contract files and programmes
- Budget and commercial timelines of the project
- Manage margins and ensure profitability is hit
- Manage subcontract payments
- Work closely with the site manager and directors
- Update and issue progress reports
Key Experience:
- Knowledge of Shuco systems
- Background in Facades, Curtain Walling and Glazing
- Project Management experience and proven examples of work
- Strong commercial and numerical background
