Our client is a well-known group within the internal and external structural glazing industry hiring for a Project Manager to join the business. 90% of projects managed will be based in London and the remaining 10% on the outskirts. This role is ideal for a No. 1 Site Manager or Assistant PM looking to move up in their career or a PM who wants a change in scenery and current employer. Previous people within the business have moved from this role into Contract Management and Project Director roles, so progression is certainly there if you shine bright!
The ideal person will be able to manage projects effectively and ensure they come in on time, within budget, and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management
- Creating project programmes and key project milestones
- Quality – Ensure projects are adhering to company quality expectations
- Ensuring health and safety is adhered to
- Managing clients and main contractors and building on relationships
- Liaise with all internal teams and ensure logistics run smoothly
- Ideal backgrounds would be Curtain Walling, Glazing, Facades or Partitions
- Knowledge of interior or workplace fit out would be advantageous
- Commercially aware with proven examples of profitable projects
- Good people management skills
