Our client, a specialist Sub Contractor within the Flat Roofing industry, is seeking an Estimator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a background in flat roofing, single ply membrane, and liquid waterproofing. Candidates who have previously worked on the tools, or within site management or project management roles and would like to move into estimating could be a good fit, as well as Estimators who may like to move into a new industry.
Estimator Responsibilities:
- Preparing Tenders
- Performing take offs using Bluebeam and Excel
- Ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proactive approach in chasing up tenders and information
