The main role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to source and manage pre-employment vacancies but will also include:
- Source & Identify potential learners to enrol in training programmes
- Arrange interviews and assessment centres
- Meeting with clients
- Advertise job roles on various job sites, including Apprenticeship sites & Job Centre Plus
- Identify & match applicants to vacancies
- Interview potential candidates
- Create applicant shortlists
- Set up enrolment & start dates for training courses
- Keep regular contact with enrolled learners
- Provide effective information and guidance to both internal and external customers/clients
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication & listening skills
- Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience
