This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic Training organisation based in Manchester City Centre as an E-Learn Inductor. This role is field based covering the North of England and the Midlands with attendance required at their Manchester City Centre Head office.
This role involves providing robust advice and guidance to learners enrolling onto qualifications and providing information on the delivery of the qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Enrolling learners, completing initial assessments and providing information on the delivery model.
- Liaising with the delivery teams to identify the delivery model relevant to the induction group.
- Provide a comprehensive induction onto the course ensuring that all documentation meets audit requirements.
- Undertaking course inductions at venues/times specified by the delivery teams.
- Ensuring that each candidate completes the enrolment documentation to meet the set criteria.
- Inform candidates how to access specialist tutor support if and when required.
- Liaison with Management to feedback any issues/queries/opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the delivery team on the progress of inductions.
