My client is based in Manchester city centre and due to growth are looking to recruit an Administrator. This role is based at the company's Head office. This exciting opportunity is a chance to join a company with career development and opportunities for the right candidate. You will be working within a busy office environment and the role offers lots of variety.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide a wide range of administrative support across the E-Learning Provision
  • To ensure correct completion of learner records
  • Effective storage and security of data
  • Provide support for E Learn Skills Coaches and Learners
  • Liaise with external partners and awarding bodies relating to registration and certification of learners
  • Ensure that the Company policy for equality of opportunity is adhered to
  • Ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects of the work
  • Undertake responsibilities for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
  • To comply with and promote Company Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Be committed to professional self-development, through participation in in-service training

Required Skills:

  • An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing work priorities
  • The ability to forge good working relationships with people at all levels
  • A professional conversational manner
  • Good level of English, Maths and ICT skills/understanding
