We’re excited to be working with a leading complex care provider who are looking to expand their Care Coordination team. As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be supporting a complex caseload of clients, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring accuracy and responsiveness in a busy environment, whilst also supporting and mentoring other Care Coordinators.
