We’re recruiting for an experienced Field Care Manager to support community-based care packages across Surrey and London. This is a home-based role ideal for someone located around Kingston, Croydon, Woking, Epsom, Guildford or surrounding areas, with regular travel across the region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for:

  • An experienced Field Care Supervisor, Field Care Manager, or Community Care professional
  • Someone with strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care
  • A confident leader experienced in supporting and developing care teams
  • An organised professional who thrives managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct client assessments and develop person-centred care plans
  • Support the safe delivery of Level 1 & 2 care packages within the community
  • Carry out spot checks, supervisions, appraisals, and performance reviews
  • Work closely with Care Coordinators and Clinical Leads to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support onboarding, recruitment, and retention of care staff
  • Monitor rota stability, contingency planning, and workforce performance
  • Carry out audits and ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and CQC standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, GPs, and MDT professionals
  • Participate in the on-call rota and support package mobilisation across the region
