π¨ Weβre recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to drive business growth across a specialist Complex Care provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused professional with a strong background in community complex care, who can build lasting relationships with commissioners while supporting the successful mobilisation of new care packages.

An experienced Commercial Manager or Business Development Manager within community Complex Care

Someone with proven relationships across ICBs, Commissioners, Local Authorities and MDTs

A commercially driven professional with a track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts

A confident communicator who thrives working collaboratively with operational and clinical teams
β
A driver with their own vehicle, living within commuting distance of St Helens, Heywood, Albrighton or Doncaster
In this role, you will:
πΉ Drive business development activity across your region to generate new Complex Care referrals
πΉ Build and maintain strong relationships with ICBs, Commissioners, Hospital Discharge Teams and other key stakeholders
πΉ Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals for new business opportunities
πΉ Work closely with operational teams to ensure the safe mobilisation of new care packages
πΉ Support pricing, forecasting and commercial reporting across the region
πΉ Represent the organisation at networking events, conferences and commissioner meetings
πΉ Collaborate with Clinical, Quality and Operations teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
πΉ Maintain an accurate business pipeline and contribute to regional growth strategies
