Sous Chef required for day service only. A super opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a business opening. Are you creative and looking to make a reputation with great service and food offer? We require a well-seasoned Sous Chef with plenty of fire if you like fresh local cafe/bistro style catering - get in touch. Oh, and did we say only daytime hours - NO NIGHTS.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Ensure silky smooth kitchen service with and without the head chef.
- Menu and dish creativity - NO PING & DINGERS.
- You must be able to run a seasonal kitchen; in the summer it will be very busy and winter months steady.
- Ordering, costings, training, accountable for all kitchen operations alongside head chef.
- Positive and productive manner towards all team members.
- Transport essential due to location (no magic carpets).

- Salary of up to £26,000 per annum.
- Bonus scheme in accordance with retention paid every September.
- Daytime hours: Oct-Apr close 4 pm / Rest of the year 6 pm (TBC).
