We are seeking a Sous Chef for a fantastic client, we have partnered with this premium venue to seek Hampshire's super talent.
Our Sous Chef should have:
- AA Rosette or modern fine dining background at Sous Chef level
- Knowledge of varied culinary techniques
- Ability to create, cost & execute stunning sustainable dishes
- Passion for in-house butchery and strong knife skills
As Sous Chef, you will be a driver of kitchen culture and mentoring. We would consider Senior Chef de Parties with proven fine dining and AA Rosette background (3 years plus).
