We are seeking a Sous Chef with OG/Legend Level skills. We have an award-winning kitchen focusing heavily on sustainable produce, and we seek someone special.

As Sous Chef, we would prefer someone that has experience and understanding of 'Best of British' in all its essence, what's trending, future movements, and the will to push exciting and innovative dishes. Understanding all elements of a successful kitchen operation as a powerful Sous Chef wizard would be our desired candidate!
You will support the Head Chef with his duties, kitchen documentation, training, and mentoring junior Chefs. As Sous Chef, you will head up the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
