Qualified Nursery Staff Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-Time or Part-Time (3–5 Days Per Week) Shift Pattern: 8:00am – 6:30pm Location: Beaconsfield (HP9) Start Date: ASAP / September Start Available UES1 About the Role A friendly and well-established nursery in Beaconsfield (HP9) is looking to recruit Qualified Nursery Staff to join their welcoming team. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Whether you're looking for full-time work or part-time hours, the nursery offers flexibility with 3–5 days per week, working 8:00am – 6:30pm on your chosen days. Key Responsibilities * Support children aged 0–5 years with their learning, care, and development * Deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework * Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children * Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and communication development * Support daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and nap times * Observe, monitor, and record children's progress * Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues * Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times What We’re Looking For Essential: * Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or Supporting Teaching and Learning * Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting * Good understanding of the EYFS framework * Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) * Right to Work in the UK Desirable: * CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification * Paediatric First Aid qualification * Experience supporting children with additional needs * Knowledge of safeguarding and child development What This Role Offers * ASAP and September start opportunities available * Full-time or part-time (3–5 days per week) * Fixed shifts: 8:00am – 6:30pm * Supportive and friendly nursery team * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Long-term and permanent opportunities available * Opportunity to make a positive impact during children's early years development
