Level 3 EYFS Practitioner Reception Class in a Primary School

Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2

Start Date: 3rd September

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm (School Term Time Only)

Pay: £110 - £115 per day

We are delighted to be working with a welcoming one-form entry primary school in Hemel Hempstead (HP2), who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their Reception class from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting children’s development and creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment.

You will work closely alongside the class teacher and wider EYFS team to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing throughout the school day.

The successful EYFS Practitioner will:

  • Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Have experience working within an EYFS setting, ideally within a Reception classroom
  • Be confident supporting children’s learning through play-based activities and structured interventions
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Be able to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
  • Provide support for children with a range of abilities and additional needs where required
