We’re supporting a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of data centre projects across the UK, now looking to appoint an experienced HSE Lead. This is a key hire — someone who can take ownership of safety across multiple live projects while helping shape standards as the business continues to scale in this space. Genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role and grow with the business.

The role:

  • Lead HSE delivery across multiple data centre projects nationally
  • Work closely with project teams to embed consistent, high standards on site
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive a proactive safety culture
  • Support the development of HSE systems, processes and reporting
  • Mentor and guide site-based HSE Advisors

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong HSE background within construction or mission-critical environments
  • Data centre understanding is required
  • Comfortable operating across multiple sites and engaging at all levels
  • Proven ability to influence, challenge and improve standards
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)

Why this role stands out:

  • Clear pathway into senior leadership as the division grows
  • Exposure to large-scale, technically complex projects
  • Opportunity to shape how HSE is delivered, not just maintain it

If you’re operating at Senior Advisor / Manager level and ready to step up — or already leading and want more ownership — this is worth a conversation.
