About the Company:
We’re partnering with a leading organisation with a strong national presence and an established network of manufacturing and production facilities. With a continued focus on growth, quality, and operational excellence, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Environment, Health and Safety Manager to support their production operations.
This is a key position responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental performance across a network of manufacturing and production sites, predominantly based in the Midlands, with travel to projects nationwide. You will work closely with site teams and SLT to drive a positive safety culture, ensure compliance, and embed best practice across all operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Environment, Health and Safety Manager:
- Lead HSE across multiple manufacturing / production facilities
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams to ensure safe delivery
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Drive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UK legislation and company standards
- Support wider project teams when required across the UK
- Analyse performance data and report into senior leadership
The successful Environment, Health and Safety Manager will have:
- Proven HSE experience within manufacturing, production, or construction environments
- Confident working across multiple sites and engaging with stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to influence at all levels
- NEBOSH qualified, Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel nationally when required
