A leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive business, are looking for a part-time, permanent mobile cleaner for their short-term stay department. The role holder will be required to undertake the below duties and manage their time efficiently between guests checking out and the next guest checking in. If you are a mobile cleaner that likes to be busy - on the move all then this role is for you.
Main Duties to include:
- Cleaning in the region of five short term stay apartments (Airbnb / Booking.com) cleans per day and also communal areas.
- Dropping & collecting linen from dry cleaners on a daily basis.
- Undertaking end of tenancy cleaning for tenants that have left residential apartments or houses.
- Managing their own cleaning materials stock.
- Attending each site regularly as per schedule, organizing and prioritizing cleaning work.
- Ensuring high quality cleaning work is completed in all communal or associated areas & customer expectations are met.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience of mobile cleaning for residential apartments & houses.
- Previous experience of mobile cleaning for short term stay apartments.
- A problem solver with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual, happy to work on their own and as a team.
- Full UK driving license and use of own car.
Working hours: Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm
All employees take their birthday off as annual leave on top of the annual allowance, all members of staff are allowed free of charge to stay for two nights in the company’s serviced accommodation which are dotted around Birmingham City Centre. Additional annual leave is accrued for every year of service after an initial two years with the company.
