NXTGEN are supporting a regional law firm in their search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team, with a preference for their Gorleston office, although other locations across Norfolk and Suffolk will be considered. This Private Client Solicitor role will see you handling a varied caseload of wills, trusts, probate and estate administration within a busy and well-established team. The successful Private Client Solicitor will manage their own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider department, providing clear and practical advice to clients across a range of private client matters. This is an opportunity to join a team with a consistent flow of work, offering a stable environment with the scope to further develop within private client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate and estate administration
  • Providing clear and practical advice to clients across a range of private client matters
  • Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
  • Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider team where required

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
  • Strong understanding of wills, trusts, probate and estate administration
  • Ability to manage their own caseload independently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
  • STEP qualification or working towards would be advantageous
