A fast-growing technology business operating within cybersecurity and risk management. The platform helps enterprises manage compliance, governance and third-party risk through a scalable, AI-powered solution. The business is investing heavily in go-to-market and is looking to build a demand engine that matches the ambition of the product. Marketing sits close to leadership, with a clear focus on pipeline, commercial impact and building something that scales. The culture is fast-paced, autonomous and outcome-focused. It suits people who enjoy ownership, thrive in lean environments, and want to see the direct impact of their work on revenue.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with full ownership of demand generation and marketing operations from day one. You will take responsibility for the entire demand engine, from acquisition through to pipeline conversion, covering paid media, outbound, email, SEO, events and the full HubSpot ecosystem. The role is truly end-to-end, spanning strategy, execution and continuous optimisation. This role may also suit candidates who have operated as a Head of Growth, Head of Performance Marketing, or Senior Demand Generation Manager looking for a step up, where you have owned the full funnel rather than a single channel. As the business scales there is potential to build a team over time, but right now it needs someone energised by a 0 to 1 environment, comfortable setting the agenda and getting things done. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team and a product marketing counterpart, with real influence over how the revenue function is built.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing multi-channel demand programmes across paid, outbound, email, SEO, and events
- Hands-on campaign execution across Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Allocating ad spend across channels and optimising bids to hit target metrics like CPC and CPL
- Owning SEO strategy and execution, including optimisation for AI-driven discovery platforms
- Building and managing lead nurture journeys based on persona, behaviour, and buying stage
- Owning the HubSpot instance end-to-end, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing logic, custom lists, retargeting funnels, and ABM campaigns
- Defining MQL and SQL criteria and aligning closely with the sales team on pipeline progression
- Building attribution models and dashboards that connect marketing activity directly to revenue
- Maintaining data hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals to ensure reporting reflects reality
- Identifying funnel bottlenecks and implementing optimisations across campaigns and conversion points
- Planning and executing event participation at industry conferences and exhibitions
- Building AI agents and automated workflows to increase speed and output across the function
- Running A/B tests across email, landing pages, and nurture flows to drive continuous improvement
About You - What We're Looking for:
- 7 to 10 years in B2B marketing, with experience spanning both Demand Generation and Marketing Operations
- Background in B2B SaaS, ideally within cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, or TPRM
- Comfortable managing paid media budgets across Google Ads and LinkedIn, optimising spend to drive profitability and top-line revenue
- Deep, practical experience owning HubSpot end-to-end
- Confident using AI tools daily, with the ability to build agents and workflows to automate production
- Able to operate autonomously in a lean environment and move at pace
- Track record of owning pipeline outcomes, not just channel performance
Benefits:
- Competitive salary
- Fully remote and flexible working
- Real ownership of the demand and marketing operations function
- Direct exposure to senior leadership
- Potential to build and lead a team as the business scales
