Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carer to cover nights. The role is in a home who are part of a growing group in Tadley. This 39 bed residential home has a modern, fresh look and with the use of the latest technology, making communication and record keeping very easy, they they were awarded a Good Rating by CQC, earlier this year. This home a residential home only, and they Dementia and Old Age. They also specialise in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Carer or if you already have experience as a Senior Carer. They offer a great great induction and continuous training to help you maximise your potential.

The ideal candidate will be available to work nights on a full time basis(40 hours a week). Having a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care is an advantage, but if you have a Level 2 you will still be considered.

Senior Care Assistant requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 or level 2 working towards level 3 is required
  • Care experience is an advantage
  • Available to work nights
  • A full drivers licence is preferred
  • Experience with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease is an advantage

  • Administration and recording of medication.
  • Supervision and management of healthcare assistants.
  • Toileting assistance.
  • Serving and assisting with food and refreshments.
  • General moving and handling.
  • Assistance with general comfort and wellbeing.
  • Writing reports.
