Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home

Salary: £49,268 - £56,768 per annum + performance bonus of up to £18,000
Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established national provider of children’s residential services.
The Role
- As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a children’s residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations while creating a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children to thrive.
- You’ll lead and develop your team, promote a positive culture and work collaboratively with senior leadership and therapeutic professionals to deliver outstanding care.

- Experience managing a children’s residential home
- A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s legislation
- Proven leadership and people management skills
