Assistant Contracts Manager Location: Woking Salary: £55,000–£57,500 per annum Full-Time | Permanent | 40 Hours per week

The Role

You’ll be responsible for

  • Supporting the Contract Manager with the day-to-day delivery and financial performance of contracts
  • Managing and motivating directly employed staff, subcontractors and supply chain partners
  • Ensuring planned works, disrepairs and complaints are delivered efficiently and professionally
  • Monitoring KPIs, performance and service standards, implementing improvement plans where required
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Promoting and enforcing health & safety across all areas of the contract
  • Carrying out toolbox talks, trade assessments and team training
  • Leading improvement projects across quality, safety, technical performance and customer satisfaction
  • Quoting for minor works and ensuring projects achieve a sustainable margin
  • Managing jobs from quotation through to completion
  • Supporting the out-of-hours management rota

About You

  • Excellent people and client management skills
