We are proud to be partnered with our client who are currently recruiting for six Nursery Practitioners with a minimum of 1 year previous experience in Childcare. They are ideally on the search for candidates who hold a full Level 3 in Childcare, however they are also happy to consider candidates who hold a Level 2. If you have previous experience in the industry and a full Level 2 or 3 (or above) in Childcare, this could be the perfect role and opportunity for you if you are looking for a new challenge in a new environment.
Our client are a large nursery with over 130 spaces for children and 60 staff members. They are an Ofsted registered and family owned day nursery, taking on children aged from 0 to 5 years. Their purpose is to provide families with effortless childcare, peace of mind and exceptional education for their children.
The nursery is open from 7:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, permanent role with shifts being any of the following: 7:15am - 5:15pm, 7:30am - 5:30pm or 8:00am - 6:00pm. The nursery is conveniently located, being near local transport links and the setting has free parking.
A candidate looking to work full-time (37 hours per week) on the above shifts is strongly desired, however they are also happy to consider candidates who would like to work a minimum of 27.75 hours per week (3 days per week). They are unfortunately unable to accommodate term-time only.
The successful candidates would be based in either the Baby or Toddler rooms.

Your responsibilities as a Nursery Practitioner will include:
- To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care
- To have Key Person responsibility
- Provide daily feedback to parents/carers
- To ensure the nursery meets Ofsted requirements at all times
- To plan activities
- To complete observations
- To work in partnership with the Management Team
Requirements of this Nursery Practitioner Role:
- Level 2 or above in Childcare
- Minimum of 1 year previous Childcare experience
- A passion and commitment for a long-term career in Childcare
