We are proud to be partnered with our client who are currently recruiting for a 3rd in Charge / Nursery Room Leader that is qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare. Due to this role being 3rd in Charge as well as a Room Leader, the successful candidate must already be in a Nursery Room Leader role, looking to progress into a 3rd in Charge also. The nursery is open from 8:00am - 6:00pm, the successful candidate will be working a 40 hour week, Monday - Friday. The setting itself is ideally located near public transport links. The nursery takes on children between the ages of 3 months to 5 years and has a capacity for 50 children per day.

Your responsibilities as a 3rd in Charge / Nursery Room Leader will include:

  • Safeguard all children
  • Provide feedback to parents and carers
  • To be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team
  • Plan age appropriate activities
  • Carry out observations and next steps
  • To observe, plan and assess children within your key group

Requirements of this 3rd in Charge / Nursery Room Leader Role:

  • Level 3 in Childcare or above
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader
