Salary up to £35,000. We are looking for a Hostess Manager for this wonderful restaurant in Central London, to join a well-known casual dining restaurant. The company has become recognized for its vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, offering an extensive modern American menu. Having been established as a front runner in their speciality for over four decades, the Group can offer excellent career development and opportunity.

The Hostess Manager will be fully responsible for the company restaurants and their teams. The Manager will be taking the reservations, allocation & table plan, recruitment & training for the team reporting to the Area Manager.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, extremely knowledgeable and well presented. We are looking for a Reception Manager experienced with the role, in high volume business for at least 2 years. Experience with multi-site will be advantageous but not a must. The role requires a stable career path, plenty of passion for the industry and great communication skills. The Reception Manager will be very customer focused, and a great team player capable of following company standards and implementing SOPs.
