We are looking to recruit a chef lecturer to join the team at their school in Lebanon. The school is part of a Worldwide organisation, which is fast becoming recognised as a leading training organisation for the hospitality & catering industry. As Chef Lecturer you will teach a variety of students in classes of up to 50+. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in teaching to large numbers in a clear and precise manner.
Applicants for this role will be looking to get into an establishment where they train and develop the chefs of the future. As a training role you will need to be a people person, have good communication skills and enjoy one to one interaction with pupils of all ages and nationalities. You do not need to have any teacher training for this role, but it would be viewed upon favourably.
To be considered for the role you will need to have an excellent understanding of French culinary techniques and worked in a Michelin restaurant/5 star hotel, show a steady career path and have a good stable background. This role will also include international travel as the school has operations around the world.
