We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef for this busy high volume fresh food restaurant in Henley. As Sous Chef, you will be highly organised and have experience in a high volume operation.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who is a natural leader. You will work closely with the Head Chef in recruiting, training and motivating the team in delivering excellent service throughout the operation.
The Sous Chef will have a good understanding of GP, health & safety and stock control.
This is really an exciting time to join the company as it is currently going through a growth stage with many restaurants, private members clubs, bars and hotel openings in the pipeline. Due to location, you will need your own transport.
