We are currently on the lookout for an experienced General Manager to join a well-known casual dining restaurant in Central London. The company has become recognized for its vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, offering an extensive modern American menu. Having been established and a front runner in their speciality for over 40 decades, the company can offer excellent career development and opportunity.
The role requires someone who will have a very hands-on approach to the business, able to look after a large team with a high focus on revenue. The ideal Manager will be immaculately presented and well spoken, a natural leader with a problem-solving attitude. This is a fast-paced, all-day dining, high volume business; it is essential therefore to be very well organised and customer focused.
The Manager will have to have experience in a similar role and environment for at least 4 years to be considered for the position. The business needs plenty of charisma and energy, passion for the industry and great eyes for details.
The ideal GM will be:

- Flexible on working hours – weekends included
