We have an excellent opportunity for a recruitment resourcer to join the busy temporary chefs team. Supplying a variety of BOH & FOH staff to London's 5 star hotels and high-end restaurants, we are looking for someone who understands this market and has a hospitality background. You will have a confident and outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with both candidates and high profile clients.

As a resourcer you will have extensive training here at Renard with the prospect of becoming a recruitment consultant within 6 months, if you have a flexible and hard working attitude. We offer a 24/7 service to all our clients and as such you will be provided with a phone and be on call on alternative weekends.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Resourcing suitable candidates for a variety of assignments
  • Upload CVs to database
  • Welcoming guests
  • Answer telephone
  • Attend shifts for high profile events
  • Following up calls from sent CVs
  • Interview and register candidates
  • Placing adverts on Renard Resources website and other job boards
  • Headhunting / Name gathering
  • Adding bookings to the system
  • Ensuring database integrity
  • Aftercare of existing temps working and time sheet management
  • Checking in staff at clients venues to ensure standards are met
  • Holiday cover and liaising with clients
  • Any other administrative duties as required
