About the Role
As a Brand Campaign Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end strategy and execution for Tik Tok
Shop brand campaigns, driving business growth through integrated marketing, creator ecosystem collaboration, and platform-level campaign innovation. This role requires strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, data analysis capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills to build scalable campaign methodologies and deliver measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale Brand campaigns across Tik Tok Shop markets, ensuring alignment with platform growth objectives and category priorities.
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies covering traffic acquisition, creator collaboration, content amplification, subsidy mechanisms, assortment planning, and conversion optimization.
- Build scalable IP methodologies, campaign frameworks, and operational playbooks to support brand incubation, category penetration, and long-term business growth.
- Partner closely with brands, agencies, MCNs, and creators to design innovative campaign concepts and content strategies that drive both brand awareness and GMV performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Campaign, Category, Creator Operations,
- Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Data Analytics teams to ensure efficient execution and strong business results.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis across GMV, ROI, traffic efficiency, creator performance, and content conversion metrics; identify insights and provide optimization recommendations.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, competitive landscape, and campaign performance data to identify scalable growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder communications, execution milestones, and risk management in fast-paced and ambiguous business environments.
- Support strategic initiatives including seasonal mega campaigns, Brand Days, industry-level marketing programs, and platform commercial growth projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Consulting, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Finance or related
- fields.
2-5 years of experience in campaign management, project management, marketing, e-commerce, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support collaboration with cross-regional teams.
