Manning Global, an internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in Social Media, E-commerce, AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy, is hiring for its own expanding team a Brand Campaign Project Manager to join its managed services project in the UK.

We're looking for a Brand Campaign Project Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of large-scale e-commerce brand campaigns. You will drive commercial growth through integrated marketing, creator collaboration and campaign innovation, using strong strategic thinking, data analysis and cross-functional project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute large-scale brand campaigns across multiple markets, aligned with platform growth and category priorities.
  • Develop full-funnel strategies covering traffic acquisition, creator partnerships, content amplification, subsidies, product assortment and conversion optimisation.
  • Create scalable campaign frameworks, methodologies and playbooks that support brand incubation, category penetration and long-term growth.
  • Work with brands, agencies, MCNs and creators to develop innovative campaigns that increase brand awareness and GMV.
  • Coordinate with Campaign, Category, Creator Operations, Marketing, Product, Strategy and Data Analytics teams.
  • Analyse GMV, ROI, traffic efficiency, creator performance and content conversion to identify insights and optimisation opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, user behaviour and competitor activity to uncover scalable growth opportunities.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, milestones and risks within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Support seasonal mega campaigns, Brand Days, industry marketing programmes and wider commercial growth initiatives.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Consulting, Finance or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in campaign management, project management, marketing, e-commerce, consulting or a related area.
  • Experience within a large technology, internet, e-commerce or marketplace organisation would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong project management, analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage multiple stakeholders and translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, results-driven and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Fluent in English. Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to collaboration with cross-regional teams.
