Account Manager - OTE circa £35k - £40k

Based in Stockport, South Manchester

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm - Hybrid working 3 days office 2 days WFH

A variety of background will be considered for this role, previous Account Management experience is not 100% necessary, Internal Sales, Customer Relationship, Customer Success will all be considered alongside Account Management.

Ultimately we are looking for people with the drive create new client relationships but also the ability to develop and maintain long term relationships too so you must be a people person and be great at communicating with a broad range of clients in the UK and overseas.

Through your work you will ensure your clients receive the highest level of service possible and repeat business is maintained. You will also engage lapsed clients and rebuild relationships and encourage future business.

This is a team based role and you will work as part of a tight knit team working to together to ensure that clients within your specialism are happy, engaged and business expectations are met.

Whilst this role is largely office based it will also involve face to face meetings with clients from time to time and you will also need to be flexible to attend industry events in the UK and abroad as and when required.

This is a genuinely exciting and dynamic role, once established you will have real freedom and autonomy.

The right candidate will be a Manchester/Stockport based, with some previous sales/service experience and an engaging and sociable personality, excellent communication skills and talent for dealing with people.
