Motion Graphics Designer

I\’m on the lookout for a talented Motion Graphics Designer with an in-depth knowledge of After Effects, a creative with all the component skills in order to bring it all to life, in a way that wows the client, more importantly, the customer.

You\’ll be working within an awesome design team who has wealth of experience across both on and offline marketing collateral, what they don\’t have is an experienced and dedicated Motion Graphics Designer.

You\’ll no doubt have come from a conventional design background, with a suitable degree education within Design. You\’ll have a full understanding of the relationship between type, images, and Graphics. Motion Design is everywhere, across all our screens, mobile and otherwise. So, we\’ll be looking for a truly talented creative who understands cross media channels and how best to deliver fantastic moving graphic imagery. You\’ll be familiar with brand and how to retain it\’s, often very strict, integrity. At the same time making sure it\’s still dynamic and engaging.

You\’ll be the sort of creative that understands the audience and what they expect, being able to interpret the brief in order to giving it the treatment required to engage with the customer. You\’ll be a storyteller – enhancing the customer journey – with the skill to ultimately, identify with the customer with intelligently composed animated video, all in order to generate trust, desirability and ultimately sales.

We\’re looking for a creative with experience of working for luxury brands and lifestyle products maybe from within the digital publishing sector or a motion graphics studio. You\’ll have a wealth of experience in social distribution of video content too.

You\’ll be responsible for all of the Motion Graphics projects. You\’ll be working alongside a fantastic creative team, capable of collaborative consultation with the wider company, including client services, digital and more.

Here are some of the skills and experience we\’ll be looking for:

Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

A skilled Motion Graphics Designer and Animator

Experience of producing Explainer Videos

Ability to animate logo\’s and brand identities

Able to produce anything you can imagine.

2D and 3D

Broadcast Design

Happy working on your own and within a vibrant and busy design team.

Highly skilled in After Effects and all it\’s capabilities with the ability to use Premier Pro

Cinema 4D and Skills in VR would be a bonus

Social distribution skills are desirable

This role is a permanent role and not suitable for remote work. The Offices are in Essex and could suit someone living in either Essex, Suffolk or Hertfordshire.
