You will be a confident, gregarious, well-presented individual already working in a similar media environment. This role requires a high standard of general education ideally to degree level. This position will require good verbal and written communication skills as you’ll be required to do so at all levels. Having a good level of email management skills is a prerequisite for this role, as is using Word, Excel, and Outlook; it should all come as second nature to you.

You will be a conscientious, driven, career-minded individual looking for an opportunity to break into the media agency market within the area. You’ll be working within a small friendly team. You will be required to work on your own from time to time, so having a responsible attitude towards your work is important. This is a busy department, so you’ll be kept on your toes.

We’ll be interested in candidates from within the following: broadcasting or TV media planning or buying, a sales environment, digital media sales and planning, printed media planning and sales.

Some of the things you’ll be involved in on a day-to-day basis will be:

  • Data input to support booking and invoicing audit trails
  • Updating client and job files
  • Communication with both colleagues, clients, and suppliers
  • Meetings

  • English and arithmetic
