This is an exciting new opportunity to join a busy and growing marketing environment. You will need a gregarious outgoing personality, looking to work in a marketing environment as an account handler. This role requires a high standard of general education, so being able to showcase a suite of impressive grades across GCSEs and A Levels or more, hopefully you’ll come with a degree too.
This position will require a high standard of verbal and written communication skills as you’ll be required to do so at all levels. Having IT and email writing skills is a prerequisite for this role, as is using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You will be a conscientious, driven, career-minded individual looking for an opportunity to break into the agency, marketing or creative role or move from your first agency side role as either a junior or office administrator.
Some of the things you’ll be involved in on a day-to-day basis will be helping with the various projects managed by your direct reports, assisting with communications, support, booking various things with suppliers, updating client and job files, communication with both colleagues and clients, meetings, and much more.
Your skills will need to include:
- The use of all MS Office
- Great communication skills
- A good level of spelling and grammar
- Speed of communication across email
This role will require you to be a creative thinker, intuitive and a problem solver too from time to time. But most of all you’ll be enthusiastic and above all punctual.
